Over the last year we've undertaken many training sessions. Below are links to sessions that were run for version 1.4.2, 1.4 and 1.3.10.

Note that there are two types of training:

  • Workflow training, to answer the question "How do I use Janeway in my role as journal editor, copyeditor, typesetter, or author?"
  • Configuration training, to answer the question "How do I set up the journal or journals I am responsible for, in my role as scholarly communications librarian, press manager, or journal editor?"

The videos are not exhaustive and don't cover all setups and workflows. We are happy to answer questions via a support ticket on this website, and in some cases it's easiest to set up a meeting where we can help you get oriented with Janeway and demo parts of it live.
