Once an article is in the Export stage of Janeway Editors can access the paper by clicking the button in the Archive column on the Export Plugin page.
Once the Archive Page opens you can use this interface to edit the paper or, if you want to view workflow stages, use the Articles Stages and Logs button to jump around the workflow for that paper.
